Manufactured in Carbon Steel
ABA Original, with its famous blue housing represents the highest standards of design and manufacture. The ABA Original is a multi-purpose standard hose clamp.
All components are made of high grade carbon steel. Screw and band are separately bright galvanised. The zinc surface is then chromate finished, resulting in a stronger surface at least 10-14 microns thick. The worm housing is given coats of blue (alkyd) paint and oven dried several times.
All ABA Original Hose Clamps have slotted 7mm hexagon headed screws which makes fitting and removal easier and faster when using the Flexible Hose Clamp Screwdriver.
