Custom Springs
If we don't stock the size of spring your require then we make custom springs.
Compression Springs: Helical, Conical, Hourglass and Variable Pitch
Wire 0.1mm - 25.4mm diameter. Rectangular and Square section also available.
Extension Springs: All body forms with various end configurations
e.g. English, German and extended Loops, or Loose Hook Ends. Also Garter Springs
Wire 0.1mm - 25.4mm diameter.
Torsion Springs: Single or Double Torsion springs, with any leg length or body shape.
Wire 0.3mm - 19.0mm diameter.
Wire Forms: Simple or complex shapes in either large or small quantities.
Wire 0.1mm - 19.0mm diameter.
Clock Type Springs: Brush, clock and Hairspring
Material Thickness 0.2mm - 3.00mm. Width up to 150mm.
